His expertise has consistently fueled international business expansion, leading large-scale industrial projects and steering complex organizational changes. He was Head of Customer Center Smart Industry at Emposo GmbH in Germany, an engineering and IT service solutions provider, where he led international digital transformation strategies, achieving over 100% growth for all markets. His career also includes senior leadership roles at Honeywell Aerospace, Hays, Akron Brass and others. Frank has been awarded numerous awards in Europe for achieving operational transformations at Honeywell.
