How to Register for the Conference
Follow these simple steps to complete your registration:
Step 1: Add Tickets to Your Cart
Navigate to the Registration Ticket section.
Select the number of tickets you wish to purchase.
Click “Add to Cart”.
Step 2: View Cart or Proceed to Checkout
A dropdown menu will appear on the right side of your screen with two options:
View Cart:
Select this option if you want to review or modify the number of tickets.
Adjust the ticket quantity as needed and update your cart before proceeding to checkout.
Checkout:
Select this option to proceed directly to the checkout page and finalize your order.
Step 3: Fill in Organization and Attendee Details
On the Checkout Page, provide the following information:
Organization Details:
Referral Code (if any)
Organization Name*
Address*
Country*
Postcode (optional)
Telephone*
Fax (optional)
Email*
Authorized by Name*
Position*
Date (dd-mm-yyyy)*
Validate this booking with an authorized company representative.
Attendee Details:
For each attendee, provide:
Name*
Designation*
Email*
Phone*
Step 4: Review Your Order
Your order summary will appear, including:
Product: Registration Ticket (e.g., ×7 tickets)
Subtotal
Complimentary Tickets: Automatically applied (e.g., 1 free ticket for every 5 tickets purchased)
Total Amount
Step 5: Choose Your Payment Method
You can choose from the following payment methods:

* Select this option if you wish to pay via Bank Transfer and select PAY NOW
* A confirmation page will appear with your Order Number
* Please quote the order number as Payment Reference with your Bank while making the transfer
* Your Registration will only be confirmed once the payment is received and cleared in our accounts
* To avail of ongoing discounts & offers, payment should be received by the deadline date
Note: You must click on ‘Place order’ below on our website to receive your unique order number. This number is essential for identifying your payment.

If you wish to pay via credit or debit card, select this option and enter your card details
Step 6: Agree to Terms and Conditions
Before finalizing your order, read and agree to the Terms and Conditions provided, which cover:
Payment, cancellation, and substitution policies.
Force majeure and confidentiality clauses.
Indemnification for conference media usage.
Governing law under UAE jurisdiction.
Check the box to confirm:
“I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions.”
Once all steps are complete, click “Place Order” to finalize your registration. You will receive a confirmation email with your unique order number and further instructions.
