Terms and Condition:

Payment must be made in full upon registration. Amount paid is for the mentioned delegate.

Payment to be made in USD.

All bank transfer charges to be borne by the delegate

Bank Transfer Payment is required within 3 working days of Registration

A receipt will be issued once payment is received. Fees are inclusive of program material.

All intellectual property rights in all materials in connection with this event is expressly reserved and distribution, duplication and publication of same is prohibited.

Conference tickets do not include travel. Accommodation is included only in Paid Accommodation Packages

Cancellation/Substitution:

A USD 200 will be charged per delegate for each cancellation and must be made in writing four weeks prior to the event. Substitution bears no cost and must be communicated prior to the event.

Force Majeure:

Circumstances occurring beyond the control of the company necessitating change of venue, date, instructor will be applicable if required.

Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to keep all information exchanged during the course of this agreement confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent. This obligation remains in effect even after the termination of this agreement.

Indemnification:

Consent is hereby obtained from delegate(s) for usage of images, photos and videos taken during the conference for commercial and awareness purposes on the website, newsletter, adverts and social media of the company.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
